As a result, patients suffer and expenses increase. PCMA aims to is fix this disconnect. Our experienced provider teams spend time in the communities where the patients reside, face to face, to build trust, so people know we will answer the call when they need us.

PCMA and the Rose Program is a senior community based medical provider that empowers staff, patients and their families to minimize suffering and match the medical plan with their individualized life goals. We are in the facilities every week, coordinating care and working alongside our provider partners.
